C-Capture appoints George Wright as Proposals Engineer

C-Capture are delighted to announce the appointment of George Wright as Proposals Engineer. George steps into the role after successfully securing an internal promotion at the company that designs world-leading next generation carbon capture technology.

George Wright, Proposals Engineer, C-Capture said:

“Carbon capture is a hugely growing industry and it’s fantastic to be part of a company that has the potential to be a real game-changer for the sector and help to create a decarbonised world. I’m looking forward to a more commercially focused role where I can combine customer relationship skills with engineering expertise to meet the growing interest from clients in our innovative carbon capture technology.”

Phil Southerden is C-Capture’s Chief Technology Commercialisation Officer and heads up the team that George joins in his new role.

Phil said:

“George quickly demonstrated excellent technical capabilities and has already been instrumental in generating data and engineering insight for some of our commercial proposals in his previous role. I’m delighted to welcome him to the team and I’m sure he will provide excellent technical development support as we scale up and move towards more commercial solutions to carbon capture for customers.”
