C-Capture appoints John McNamara as Process Operator

C-Capture, developers of world-leading chemical processes for the removal of carbon dioxide, are delighted to appoint John McNamara as a Process Operator.

A specialist in technology and process development, John’s previous positions include roles with BP and Ineos. Experienced in developing technology at all different stages – from design to large-scale plant operation – John joins C-Capture at a period of rapid growth for the company as it demonstrates, then deploys, its unique carbon capture technology internationally, across a broad range of industrial sectors.

John said: “The green energy industry is developing exponentially, it’s a great time to be a part of this sector. C-Capture’s potential is huge and it’s exciting to join this growing, ambitious company.”

Tom White, CEO, C-Capture said: “We’re delighted to welcome John to the team. His experience complements our talented and diverse team as we demonstrate and scale-up our unique, carbon capture technology to mitigate the impacts of climate change.”

C-Capture’s unique solution for carbon dioxide removal is an innovation in carbon capture technology that is amine free and uses less energy than currently available carbon capture technologies. Environmentally benign, lower-cost and robust enough to withstand challenging flue gases, C-Capture’s next generation technology offers industry a credible route to decarbonisation.
