The first significant UK exhibition to be presented on the subject of carbon capture and storage (CCS), Our Future Planet, will open at the Science Museum on 1 April 2021 and will remain open to the public during COP26, the 26th United Nations Convention on Climate Change.

C-Capture’s technology will be featured, alongside other cutting-edge technologies and nature-based solutions being developed to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, to help mitigate the worst effects of climate change.

C-Capture’s Head of Chemistry, Dr Douglas Barnes, said:

C-Capture are immensely proud to be featured in the UK’s first major exhibition on CCS. The carbon capture technology we are developing will play an important role in mitigating climate change, by capturing CO2 from industrial emissions. We want to help people understand how the technology works, and why a combination of cutting edge technologies and nature-based solutions are needed as we move to a more sustainable future.
