At C-Capture we are proud of the diversity of our team and are striving to forge a gender equal world. We recognise the phenomenal individual contributions that women make in our engineering, scientific, administration and business teams and the positive effect and creativity they inspire on those around them.
There is still some way to go in achieving gender balance in STEM careers, especially at the higher levels. This year we will be examining how we can encourage more women to chose a career in STEM and improve our recruitment, training and promotion processes to achieve gender equality as we grow the business. We will take action for equality – an equal world is an enabled world. It is only with the very best team that C-Capture is able to develop its technology to its maximum potential and play a role in helping to combat climate change.
