Warren chairs the board at C-Capture, helping and supporting the executive team.
After an Engineering degree from Oxford University Warren spent 30 years in the semiconductor industry first with Texas Instruments then at ARM where he was CEO from 2001 to 2013. He served on the boards of engineering and technology companies including BT, Dyson and Micron, and was appointed CEO at Rolls-Royce plc in April 2015 with a mission to modernise, grow capacity, enhance operational gearing, and determine future direction for a net zero world. Rolls-Royce achieved record cash flows in 2019 before successfully navigating through the Covid-19 disruption, and going on to, break the world speed record for Electric flight and demonstrate Hydrogen combustion in an aero engine. He left Rolls-Royce at the end of 2022.
Alongside C-Capture, he is currently a non-executive director at ASML NV and Tokamak Energy Ltd., an Honorary Fellow at Wadham College Oxford, a fellow and deputy president of the IET, and FRAeS, FREng, FRS, Dsit FBCS, and CBE.
